You sighed in defeat once again deciding to turn away from your homework and procrastinate more. It’s just so boring and I’m sure I can get it done in the morning. You thought to yourself while surfing the internet. Looked at the time; 1 am. You flipped. It was barely nine when I last checked it! The fuck man?! You though as you leapt into bed and pulled the covers over your face. Then your phone dinged. Nope, not answering it. It dinged again. And again mocking you. After the fifth time you checked it. It was your moirail Karkat.

Hey, asshat. I can’t sleep. Is it okay if I come over?

Not answering huh? That’s fine but I know you’re awake.

Listen here I’m coming over whether you like it or not so just get in some fucking pants or whatever.

At the same moment you read the last text you heard a little tap on your window. Then another. You opened the window and saw Karkat.

“TOOK YOU FUCKING LONG ENOUGH” Karkat shouted

“Shush or my parents will hear!” You said panicking.

“JUST GET DOWN HERE!” Karkat shouted slightly softer. You giggled a little, but still complied. You opened your door and stepped out the cold air hitting your shoulders.

“Okay Karkat, what do you want?” You asked squinting. Karkat walked up to you and mumbled something.

“What was that?” You asked. He spoke up a little, but just a little.

“I…” That was all he said before he sighed and smashed his lips onto yours. It was a short kiss, but still sweet while it lasted. Then Karkat walked away.

“Wait, Karkat! What was that for? Karkat?!” You shouted after him. You thought about running after him, but then thought better of it because of the time and your parents. You walked in and back to your bedroom. OH HE IS SO GOING TO PAY FOR THAT TOMORROW I MEAN I DIDN’T GET TO DO ANYTHING! You thought smirking. Yup, you were going to have fun with your moirail tomorrow.
